How to Check Which SKUs Are Listed on Each Marketplace

The Open Listings page in ChannelSale allows you to view the SKUs currently listed on your connected marketplaces and download a report of the listings.

Steps

1. Log in to your ChannelSale account.
2. From the top navigation menu, go to Marketplaces.
3. Select Manage Listing → Open Listing.

4. On the Open Listing Summary section, you can view the marketplaces where products are currently listed.

   The summary displays:

   • Provider Name – Marketplace name, such as eBay, Shopify, or Wayfair
   • SKU Count – Number of SKUs listed on that marketplace
   • Clicks – Listing click count, where available
5. Review the Open Listings table below the summary. The table provides listing-level information, including:
   • Site – Marketplace where the SKU is listed
   • Ad ID / Listing ID – Marketplace listing identifier
   • SKU – ChannelSale SKU
   • Retailer SKU – Marketplace/retailer SKU
   • Title – Product listing title
   • Date Posted – Date and time the listing was posted
   • QTY – Listed quantity
   • Hits / Bids / Current Bid – Marketplace-specific listing information
   • Close Date and Updated By, where applicable
6. To find a specific SKU or group of listings, use the Filter by, Operator, and Search fields above the listing table.
7. To view listings for specific marketplaces, use the marketplace/provider selection in the Open Listing Summary section. This helps you identify which marketplaces have active listings and the number of SKUs listed on each.

Download the Open Listings Report

To download the listing information:

1. Select the required listings using the checkboxes in the listing table.
2. Click Export Selected to download a report containing the selected listings.
3. Alternatively, click Export All to download a report containing all open listings.

The downloaded report can be used to review which SKUs are listed on which marketplaces, along with their corresponding listing IDs, retailer SKUs, titles, quantities, and other available listing details.

Example

If the Open Listing page shows:

You can quickly determine that SKU ABC-100 is currently listed on eBay, Shopify, and Wayfair.

Tip: Use Export All when you need a complete marketplace listing report, or Export Selected when you only need information for specific SKUs/listings.
